At LoyalPaws, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

- Is unused and in its original condition.

- Is returned with its original packaging.

- Has not been damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.

Product Variations

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in colour, texture, packaging, branding, dimensions, stitching, materials, or design details may occur due to manufacturing updates or different production batches. These minor variations do not constitute a defective product.

Where applicable, product images may be displayed using universal or representative sizing. Actual appearance, fit, or proportions may vary depending on your vehicle, pet, or installation.

Product Not as Described

If you receive a product that materially differs from the advertised specifications or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, LoyalPaws will cover reasonable return shipping costs. If the return is for a change of mind or other non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
