At LoyalPaws, we want to ensure that every product is a perfect fit for your pet’s lifestyle. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help you get the correct item quickly.

​1. Eligibility for Exchanges

​To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

​The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

​The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in "like-new" condition.

​For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of pet use (hair, dander, or odors) cannot be exchanged.

​2. Non-Exchangeable Items

​Certain products are excluded from our exchange policy due to safety and sanitary standards:

​Partially used or "unfilled" products (e.g., opened cleaning solutions).

​Electronics that have been registered or show significant wear (e.g., Collar Cameras).

​Final Sale or clearance items.

​3. The Exchange Process

​Contact Us: Email our support team at loyalpaws.international@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to receive instead.

​Approval: We will review your request and provide you with an exchange authorization and the return shipping address.

​Ship the Item: Send the original item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

​Inspection & Shipping: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will ship out your new replacement item.

​4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

​Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to us.

​Our Responsibility: If the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part, LoyalPaws will cover all shipping costs to ensure you get the right product at no extra charge.
